Who we are
Coach Ascension is a private business-mentoring platform operated by Board Twins Coaching Pty Ltd (Queensland, Australia). Access is invite-only for enrolled mentoring clients and the mentoring team.
What we collect
Your name, email address, business name and timezone; the content you create in the app (tasks, messages, community posts, lesson progress); call bookings you make; and, on the mobile apps, a device token used solely to deliver push notifications.
How we use it
Only to run the mentoring service: showing your tasks and progress to you and your mentors, delivering messages and notifications, and scheduling calls. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers below.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (Sydney, Australia) and served via Vercel. Transactional email is delivered by Resend. Call scheduling uses Google Calendar with your explicit consent. Call recordings referenced in the app are hosted by Fathom.
Your choices
You can update your profile in Settings at any time. You can disable push notifications in your device settings. To access, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, contact us and we’ll action it promptly.
